I’d never made sushi before but felt like she explained the methodology really well, as well as proactively answering questions about sourcing ingredients and equipment. Fun! I don’t know who’s responsible for the space the class is held but I didn’t love it. Seemed dark and a bit cramped. Good to see and experience some basic skills for sushi making. Sarah was great.
